I don't get as much time to read other people's books as I'd like (I'm too busy re-reading my own in search of mistakes), but I do enjoy new reading material to review on occasion. I'm just very choosy about it. If you're prepared to wait and you meet my rigid requirements, feel free to contact me about potentially reviewing your book. That said, my review policy is as follows:
- You must be self-published.
- You must be willing to give me your book free, no strings attached, with the full knowledge that you may receive a bad review.
- You must give me a .MOBI or .ePub copy of your book. No more .PDFs!
- Your book must be properly justified. If it's not, don't even bother. I'm summarily rejecting all books that don't meet this extremely simple requirement.
If you can meet the criteria, please send me the following:
- A blurb for the book you want me to review.
- A link to the book's Amazon page. I want to see the sample.
- Do not send me the book. I will respond to you to request the book if I want to review the work.
A note:
I do not have a rating system on this blog. This is because I will also review your book on Amazon and Goodreads, if applicable, and they have their own ratings systems. If your book is going to receive something less than a four-star review, I will contact you to discuss it and your book will not be featured as one of my top picks. In the case of low-star review, you will also have the option of asking me not to publish any reviews of the book and I will comply.
